Which filters does the JADE 2.0 SCA5100C use?
One HEPA filter, one activated carbon filter and one replacement lamp. The Complete Replacement Kit includes all three.
How often should I replace the filters?
As a general guide: the HEPA filter about every 12 months, the carbon filter every 6 to 12 months, and the lamp about every 12 months. Heavy use or poor air quality shortens this. See the filter replacement schedule.
Do I have a JADE 1.0 or a JADE 2.0?
Check the model number on the front of the unit or the label on the back. The JADE 1.0 is SCA5000C; the JADE 2.0 is SCA5100C. They take different filters. Not sure? Find your filter or email us a photo.
