How much do JADE replacement filters cost in bulk?

Do these fit a genuine Surgically Clean Air JADE?
Yes. Our filters are compatible replacements built to fit JADE 1.0 (SCA5000C) and JADE 2.0 (SCA5100C) units. Gem Filtration is an independent aftermarket brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the brands listed; all trademarks belong to their respective owners.
How often should filters be changed in a clinic?
HEPA filters and UV-C lamps run about 12 months. Activated carbon is 6–12, depending on the odour and VOC load in the room — nearer six in a busy clinic, nearer twelve in a quiet office. Pre-filters, on the units that use them, run shorter at 3–6 months. At the twelve-month mark everything is due at once, which is why an annual service is the sensible unit. We’ll set a schedule around your actual usage rather than a generic interval.
Can we mix models on one order?
Yes — most sites do. A single quote can cover JADE 1.0 (SCA5000C), JADE 2.0 (SCA5100C), CASCADE, ONYX, QuartzAir, MedicAir Pro cartridges and in-duct APCO or Platinum UV lamps, delivered together on one invoice.
My Cascade has an electrostatic cell, not a HEPA. Can you still supply it?
Yes. The electrostatic Cascade (SCA7000E) uses a washable cell instead of a HEPA filter, but it still needs activated carbon every 6–12 months and a UV-C lamp about every 12 — and we supply both. Tell us the model on your unit and we’ll quote only the parts it actually consumes.
Can you deliver to more than one location?
Yes. Multi-location practices and facility groups can run everything off one quote and one invoice, with filters shipped to each site individually — or consolidated to a single address if that’s easier for your team. List the sites in the form and we’ll split the delivery accordingly.
