Shipping policy

Orders are generally shipped from Canada. Most orders are processed within a few business days of being placed. Delivery times shown at checkout or by the carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping methods and costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.

Duties, taxes and customs charges

Duties, taxes, customs charges and brokerage fees may apply to orders shipped outside of Canada, including orders to the United States. In some cases these charges are included at checkout. Where they are not included, they are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier or the customs authority at or before delivery. These charges are set by the destination country and can change without notice, so we are not always able to determine in advance whether they will apply to a particular order.

Delays, lost or damaged shipments

Once an order has left our facility it is in the carrier's hands. Transit times may be affected by customs processing, weather, or carrier delays. If your order is significantly delayed, appears to be lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@gemfiltration.com and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve it.

Delivery addresses

Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct before completing checkout. Orders returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges to resend.
